Reflective practice coaching
Reflective practice coaching provides a safe space for you to process thoughts and feelings about work. It can improve how you relate to yourself and others in work spaces, and help you develop strategies for reaching your professional goals.
Reflective practice coaching involves a dialogue with a coach that helps you think through your experiences, thoughts, feelings, and actions at work. You will learn from your experiences as you reflect on, and question, your assumptions, thinking habits, and automatic reactions.
Work process consultation
This type of consultation helps people make sense of their experiences in the workplace, and develop strategies for making the work processes they are involved in more successful. Work process consultation can be helpful for people in any position, and in any type of organization.
Work process consultation begins with an initial meeting, which is followed by a series of conversations focused on the problems and goals identified. These conversations might focus on (for example):
- Problem analysis
- Problem-solving
- Work-life balance
- Strategy and/or planning
- Managing relationships with co-workers
